Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Aura Auto Spa website at www.auraautospa.com or booking any of our mobile car detailing services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Aura Auto Spa provides premium mobile car detailing services at the customer's specified location in the Sacramento metropolitan area, including Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin, Elk Grove, Citrus Heights, and El Dorado Hills. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including locations that are unsafe or inaccessible for our equipment.

Service descriptions and pricing on our website are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Deposit

All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your scheduled date and time. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

• Deposits are processed securely through Square.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• By completing a booking, you confirm that the vehicle and service address information you provided is accurate.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• 24+ hours' notice: You may reschedule at no charge. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: The $50 deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
• No-shows: If we arrive at the scheduled location and cannot access the vehicle or make contact, the appointment is considered a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellation by Aura Auto Spa: If we must cancel due to weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number when booking a service or contacting us, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Aura Auto Spa at the number provided. These messages may include:

• Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
• Arrival notifications and follow-up messages
• Service updates or rescheduling communications

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at fez@auraautospa.com or (916) 936-5920.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Condition of Vehicle

By booking a service, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner's permission to authorize detailing work.

• Please remove all personal items, valuables, and important documents from your vehicle prior to the appointment. Aura Auto Spa is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
• We will photograph the vehicle before and after service. These photos may be used for quality control and, with your implied consent, for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer your vehicle not be featured, please notify us in writing before your appointment.
• Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, odors, paint defects) will be noted at the time of service. Aura Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern, which may include a complimentary touch-up at our discretion.

Refunds are not issued for completed services. Touch-up corrections must be requested within the 24-hour window and are subject to scheduling availability.

7. Liability Limitations

Aura Auto Spa takes great care with every vehicle. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, prior paint defects, worn trim, or fragile components that may be affected by standard cleaning processes.
• In the event that damage occurs during service that is determined to be caused by our work, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
• We are not liable for any loss of use, loss of income, or consequential damages.
• We carry general liability insurance. Claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

8. Weather Policy

Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, extreme heat, or other weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the service or the safety of our team. In such cases, you will be contacted as early as possible to reschedule, and your deposit will be honored for the new appointment date.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Aura Auto Spa and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
